In addition to the ITEA and TÜBİTAK projects to which we contribute as ARD Bilişim, we continue our R&D projects—developed by our expert project and software engineers—within the framework of the Hacettepe Teknokent Technology Development Zone (TGB). Brief summaries of these projects are presented below.
ARD Business Intelligence Solutions
With technology becoming an integral part of every aspect of human life, the information technology world has focused on embedding technology into daily life in order to simplify it. Along with technological advancement and the development of the internet, the growing power of information has brought the interpretation, processing, and transformation of large volumes of data (Big Data)—collected from social, cultural, and business domains—into usable knowledge to the forefront. This has become increasingly critical for institutions and organizations at all levels.
The analysis of data generated from the Internet of Things (IoT) and its countless sensors, as well as from social media and internet sources, through integration with enterprise systems such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Business Process Management (BPM), has turned the collection, storage (data warehousing), analysis, and processing of big data—feeding analytics, data mining, data-driven decision support systems, and business intelligence platforms—into a strategic necessity for public and private sector organizations in terms of competitiveness, marketing, and governance.
As ARD GROUP, through the ARD-BiS (ARD Business Intelligence Solutions) project, we aim to address this need comprehensively across both horizontal and vertical dimensions by developing a Big Data Business Intelligence Framework. This framework will be open-source-based, modular, cloud-ready, fast, and secure, incorporating components for big data integration, data warehousing, analytics, forecasting, and data visualization.
ARD-CSS (Cyber Security Solutions)

The project will include capabilities such as log management; network and performance monitoring; intrusion detection and prevention; analysis processes for identifying security vulnerabilities; assessment of existing and potential risks; execution of penetration testing steps; analysis stages for detecting dynamic and static malware; firewall, URL, and content filtering mechanisms; detection and prevention of existing and potential data breaches; web and email security; bandwidth management and optimization; DoS/DDoS protection; load balancing and application acceleration; and the identification and implementation of processes related to SIEM (Security Information and Event Management).
e-ARD Transformation
With the advancement of technology, digital transformation has rapidly spread—and continues to expand—enabling institutions and organizations to operate all their processes more efficiently, faster, and within shorter timeframes. In the past, all organizations engaged in trade were required to document their transactions and business activities by physically recording them in ledgers, after which they were subject to regular audits and held responsible for all recorded data. With the significant technological shift and the increasing prevalence of electronic platforms, institutions and organizations have been compelled to become part of this transformation.
These electronic platforms have gained widespread adoption as they save time, eliminate the need for physical materials such as paper, pens, and ledgers, and reduce problems that may arise from human error or negligence.
As ARD GROUP, through our e-ARD project, we aim to develop a platform that enables all business activities to be carried out with great ease, speed, and security.
SİHARD – Armed Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Research & Development
With the advancement of technology, innovations offered by technological progress are increasingly being utilized in both civilian and military domains, and necessary adaptations are being rapidly implemented. One of the most significant of these adaptations is the effort to nationalize Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and Armed Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (AUAVs), which play a critical role in the military field, in order to reduce or completely eliminate dependency on foreign countries. In Türkiye, efforts in this area have been increasing significantly day by day. By actively participating in this technological process and prioritizing domestic production, our country aims to secure a strong position in current and future global developments in this field.
As ARD GROUP, through this project, we aim to contribute to the defense sector, which is of strategic importance for our country. Within the scope of the project, a simulation software will be developed that enables comprehensive monitoring before and after the weaponization of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles. By defining specific parameters for the weaponization process, the system will support data entry, tracking, integration, testing, and control activities. This will allow for the interpretation of flight-related criteria and technical data, enabling the simulation software to support critical decision-making processes based on these analyses.
SMS4–RCS: Smart Management Solution for Resource Control System
All organizations operating in the public and private sectors are required to manage their processes—from individual components to end-to-end workflows—by digitalizing them and ensuring seamless integration throughout the entire lifecycle. Within these processes, a high volume of information flow occurs, making enterprise information systems indispensable for the controlled operation and effective management of such data.
Developed by ARD GROUP, the SMS4–RCS (Smart Management Solution for Resource Control System) project enables organizations to consolidate all their resources through an integrated database and utilize them in the most efficient manner. With this project, all internal business processes, customer demands and expectations, accurate service tracking, on-time delivery and support, quality service provision and monitoring, and similar process management workflows will be developed within an enterprise resource planning framework that can be described as a form of “digital communication.”
What differentiates this software from existing solutions is its systematic, multi-modular, and fully integrated structure, which remains user-friendly despite its high level of detail. Thanks to its flexible infrastructure that can be tailored to customer needs, the software is capable of serving multiple sectors.
SMS4-Healthy (Smart Management Solution for Health)
With the current level of technological advancement, the concept of smart workplaces tailored to all sectors has begun to gain increasing demand. As automation systems become smarter, systems and workplaces are now able to provide more efficient and comfortable working environments. With the advantages offered by emerging technologies, the integration of these smart systems has further expanded through the use of wearable technologies. One of the common challenges across industries is how to further enhance work quality and productivity.
In environments such as laboratories and large hospitals, where employees spend more time at work than in their private lives, employers have started to seek innovative solutions to increase productivity during these extended working hours.
Research indicates that 92% of companies continue their digital transformation efforts by implementing or actively using innovative technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), 78% artificial intelligence (AI), 77% machine learning, 70% augmented reality/virtual reality (AR/VR), and 68% blockchain. The same research reveals that 92% of companies show strong interest in platforms capable of consolidating and managing data generated and utilized across all smart technologies and business processes.
Based on this context, ARD Group aims to develop a multi-layered smart automation system focused on increasing productivity in indoor working environments. In line with research findings, one of the key approaches is to enhance employee health and motivation in order to improve overall work efficiency.
