In assessing the suitability of both new graduates and experienced candidates for the position, various evaluation tools are applied depending on the requirements of the role, including competency-based interviews, professional personality inventories, foreign language proficiency tests, and assessment center applications.

Human Resources Practices
1TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
The purpose of training and development programs is to support employees’ professional and personal growth. At the end of each year, department managers submit to the Human Resources Department a list of the professional training programs recommended for their teams for the upcoming year. Personal development programs for all employees are planned and conducted by the Human Resources and Organizational Development Department in cooperation with department managers. Online training sessions and Corporate Communication trainings are periodically planned for all employees.
2ORIENTATION AND ONBOARDING
On the employee’s first day, following the signing of the employment contract, an orientation meeting is conducted by the Human Resources Department. During this session, information is provided on employee rights, entitlements, leave policies, and working procedures. The new employee completes an orientation form and is directed to their respective department manager.
3OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY
Every employee is responsible not only for their own safety but also for the safety of their colleagues and compliance with environmental procedures and instructions. Each employee is obliged to know and properly implement Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
The Occupational Health and Safety Procedure and related guidelines are clearly defined. All employees must conduct their work in compliance with these procedures.
If any unsafe condition is observed, it must be reported directly to the Administrative Affairs Directorate using the relevant forms (such as Near Miss or Loss Prevention Reports). The process for addressing these issues is described in the Corrective and Preventive Action Procedure.
All employees must also attend periodic medical examinations conducted by the company’s occupational physician.

Ethical Rules:
Ethical rules are a set of principles that guide our behavior and conduct while carrying out our operations and business activities within the framework of laws, regulations, and procedures. All employees sign a declaration acknowledging that these rules are considered part of their Employment Contract. Employees are required to know, understand, and apply the principles outlined in the Code of Business Ethics. The Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and Code of Ethics apply to all employees.
