All products and materials in hospital warehouses are labeled using QR codes and barcodes, and their expiration dates, sterilization periods, and current stock information are monitored online through the Warehouse Tracking System developed by ARD Group Information Technologies Inc. Critical stock levels can be defined individually for each product. The Critical Stock Level Module sends alerts to the relevant unit or personnel for materials nearing expiration; personnel cannot proceed with any transaction without acknowledging these alerts. The system does not allow the dispatch of expired products and informs the user accordingly. The same critical stock monitoring is also applied in non-sterile and semi-sterile warehouses.
